IT Change Management
Change for an individual may mean many things, for a business though it refers to changes in business processes, organization and technology.
Change management is a structured approach that manages transition from a current state to a desired future state.
Semantix offers professional solutions to organizations going through technological change.
It may be the introduction of a new technology or changing to another technological solution. The technological change cannot be separated from business model change. All technological changes will bring with them new or revised modus operandi.
Semantix fills all the gaps, business or technology wise, but more importantly, it deals with resistance to change.
